Our oversized rooms feature breathtaking views one room has a King Bed with en-suite bathroom the other two have queen beds with a shared bath. All rooms have cotton linens and over stuffed pillows. All rooms are equipped with a TV, DVD player, hair dryer, iron and ironing board and a tea and coffee making facilities. The traditional English breakfast is served each morning in the dining room or in your room by request.
Rates: $85 – 150 per night per room
All rates include a cooked-to-order gourmet breakfast served in our lake view dining room. Our breakfast includes fresh fruit, cereal and a full cooked English breakfast. A newspaper can be delivered to your room each morning. Room amenities include TV and DVD, tea and coffee, bottled water, bath robes, hair dryer, iron and ironing board.
The dining room has panoramic views of the Lake and is a gorgeous setting for breakfast. Every morning breakfast includes fresh fruit, cereal and a full cooked English breakfast.

The Bed and Breakfast is situated at 364 The Esplanade, Speers Point. Access is via Moulden St.
