GUESTS FIRST POLICY: Members respond quickly to all guest enquiries and requests.
ACCURATE AND FACTUAL PROMOTION:
Members promote with accurate descriptions, with no misleading superlatives.
COMPLIANCE: Members comply with all applicable laws.
CONFLICT OF INTEREST:
Members will not allow any preferred relationship to interfere with guests’ interests.
DISCLOSURE:
Members provide details of terms and conditions prior to receiving any guest’s deposit.
SECURITY: Members secure all guests personal information including credit card details.
DISCRETION: Members do not disclose any guest’s names or any personal details
RESPONSIVENESS: Members respond promptly and courteously to any guest complaints.
QUALITY STANDARDS:
Members maintain high standards of presentation, maintenance and cleanliness on their properties.
FOOD HANDLING: Members maintain food handling standards to safeguard the health of guests.
MUTUAL SUPPORT: Members maintain mutual co-operative support for each other in every way
possible and do nothing to harm or hinder another member’s business.
